The Miami Cup is an annual event that is co-hosted by Miami Women’s Hockey and the Taylor Metcalf Fund. All proceeds go to the Taylor Metcalf Fund which was established over 15 years ago and helps kids play the great game of hockey that normally could not afford to do so. The Taylor Metcalf tournament has been running since 1996 on the boys side and more recently added a girls tournament established in 2012. The tournament is played at the beautiful Goggin Ice Center on the campus of Miami University. The showcase features some of the topGirls Tier I and Tier II teams in the country. College coaches from around the country are invited to attend. We also offer campus tours and an admissions presentation to show how college admissions works.
Miami Women’s Hockey and the Taylor Metcalf Fund strive to make this the premier event in the mid-west for Girls hockey.
